In her 16 years with the Back Bay Hammond Office, Karen has proven her ability to work successfully with customers and clients having a variety of needs and expectations. Her background includes many years in a customer service position for a major airline, gaining her excellent problem solving skills. Additionally, Karen is a thirty-year resident of the Back Bay/Beacon Hill neighborhood, where she has been involved in local and civic groups (such as the Clarendon Street Playground, Friends and Neighbors Theater Interest Group, Committee for Beautification of Alleys, etc). Anyone who knows Karen, or who has been her customer, or her client, appreciates not just her depth of knowledge, but the sincere, thoughtful ways she serves them. The mother of two boys who were raised on Marlborough Street, and now an empty-nester, Karen understands the needs of city families as well as singles who make Boston their home. She is an avid reader and an enthusiastic gardener, two interests she readily pursues.
